Nikki helped me set up an appointment very quickly to replace my windshield and even helped me call my insurance to see if they would cover some of the expense. Nikki helped me set up an appointment very quickly to replace my windshield and even helped me call my insurance to see if they would cover some of the expense. I dropped my car off with Pat who was incredibly kind and he was finished in less than 3 hours and my car looked perfect. He also recalibrated my car. Nikki in the office does an amazing job dealing with the insurance... <\/span>\r\n \r\n This is the 3rd windshield Lloyd's Glass has done for us over the past 10 years and just like the other 2 jobs they did a fantastic job. Nikki in the office does an amazing job dealing with the insurance company and setting up the appointment, and i can imagine dealing with the insurance companies isn't easy, but she makes it look easy. And Brian who we fondly call, \"Capt. America\" has done all three of our windshields. He deserves his nickname because he is a superhero when it comes to installing glass. He is an expert at what he does, extremely professional, efficient, and does it with a smile. Lloyd's Glass is an outstanding company with intelligent, hard working people working for them. I would never use any other company. Great job y'all, keep up the great work! Advanced Driver(s) Assistance Systems (ADAS) in vehicles is becoming increasingly popular. These systems rely on cameras, lasers, and radar – often with the camera mounting to the windshield. Any time a new windshield is installed, the camera must be calibrated to ensure proper functionality and to restore the camera to OEM specifications.<\/p>
