From the moment I spoke with Lori, she was friendly and professional. She took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. We ran into some insurance issues and she went above and beyond to work through the red tape and walked me through every step.\n\nLori deserves this 5 gold star review, really she deserves 10 gold stars - seriously our insurance company really made this a lot harder than any other windshield replacement we have ever had replaced.\n\nThe replacement was done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with the quality of the work. I sent an inquiry online to Lloyd's and Rochelle reached out ASAP to gather more information and photos. It was determined that a full replacement was needed so Rochelle facilitated the call with my insurance company to get approval. I chose to bring my truck in to them and was promptly greeted by Rochelle. So nice to put a friendly face with the name. Lobby was comfortable and I was able to work on my laptop while waiting, which ended up being an hour short of their estimated 2 hours. Dylan brought my truck around nice and clean inside and looking great. I opted to also have windshield wipers replaced for $45. That's a steal compared to a retail store! Hailey was awesome and promptly checked me out. While Rochelle brought out my box of steaks that they give with purchases outside of repairs covered by insurance. Very pleasant experience and atmosphere. Lloyd's replaced a windshield in a Jeep for me years ago and I know for sure now I'll never go anywhere else, nor recommend any other company! Advanced Driver(s) Assistance Systems (ADAS) in vehicles is becoming increasingly popular. These systems rely on cameras, lasers, and radar – often with the camera mounting to the windshield. Any time a new windshield is installed, the camera must be calibrated to ensure proper functionality and to restore the camera to OEM specifications.<\/p>
