I just wanted to write and say “Thank You” for the excellent service I received from your Lakeland, FL store.  I called my insurance company to report my cracked windshield and they asked me who I wanted to use for the repair service and I told them Lloyd’s Glass.  They called Lloyd’s Glass for me, gave them all of my insurance information and then switched me over to speak with Kevin @ Lloyd’s Glass here in Lakeland, FL. 

Kevin was polite and answered all my questions. He could have scheduled the work to be done that afternoon but with my car being with my husband in another city, that wouldn’t work out.  He scheduled my appointment for the time and day I requested and even had my original equipment Mustang emblem windshield glass in stock.

The technician arrived at my house this morning to replace my windshield and explained everything that he was going to do.  He was done in an hour and then made sure I was aware of what not to do with my car until the new windshield was ready for it.  I wish I had gotten his name, because he was so nice and did a great job!

Thank you for the excellent customer service!! It is rare in today’s world to find people who work in the service industry who actually care about the service they provide.  You have made me a return customer and I will recommend Lloyd’s Glass to anyone I know who needs glass repair/replacement work done.
